Goodreads used to have a good reputation with authors. It was a place where authors could upload descriptions of their books, host free giveaways to raise awareness of their releases, connect with readers, etc. But a couple of years ago, when Goodreads changed their policy about giveaways, some authors faded into the background. They stopped utilizing the site as much as they used to.

How Can Goodreads Help You Sell More Books?

I’m writing this blog post to let you know that Goodreads is a great resource to raise awareness of your books, build audiences for your launches, and, all in all, sell more books. There are many facets of the site that authors aren’t considering, and this free webinar explains them. It’ll describe how to show up in your followers’ newsfeeds, when to host a giveaway (and which price point is the most efficient), when to create events, etc.
