Hello to all of you wonderful writers! Some of you will be reading this as a client of mine, and others will be finding this blog for the first time. I usually post tips about writing and editing, but today, I’m posting a short interview with the podcast FROM SPARK TO SHELF.
What is FROM SPARK TO SHELF?
The host is writer Jenna DeVillier. She traces writers’ journeys from initial idea to published book, and everything in between. There are bimonthly interviews with both published writers and those still in the query trenches, providing hope to writers that, no matter how long it takes, your dream never comes too late.
If you’re interested in being a guest, you can check out the upcoming openings here: https://koalendar.com/e/meet-with-jenna-devillier. What will you learn from the episode?
My clients range from a variety of writers: indie published, hybrid, and those aspiring for the traditional world. Fortunately, in today’s industry, there are many opportunities for writers. Jenna and I talk about my journey as a freelance editor and hybrid author, where I started and where I am now, and what sort of works are in the literary pipeline. So, if you have 30 minutes to spare and want to feel less alone in this solitary life of writing, take a listen.
If you found this post helpful, please consider sharing it on social media. To hire an editor or ask a question, email me. I offer free sample edits for the first 500 words. Have fun writing!
